in Indian Institute of Technology and earned his Ph.D. in 2009 from Niigata
University, Japan. He relocated to Institute for Integrated Cell-Material
Sciences (iCeMS), Kyoto University and is now an Assistant Professor.
Inspired from the classic Tamil text ‘Thirukural,’ his interest is to gain new
insights into the root cause of the diseases at the molecular level of DNA
