The foundation of the old Kuda Miskiy was exposed in the course of work for a government project to construct a new power plant. A previously buried rectangular well and a foot scraper made of smooth-grained coral stone were identified near the entrance of the mosque. Several old coral gravestones were also found, indicating the former presence of a cemetery on the site. The area has, however, since been leveled by another government project to build a garbage disposal facility.
